In south China, people are re-using condoms and selling them as hair-bands. They are very popular and cheap and that is why the market is booming :) the items are very cheap, only 25 fen for a 10 pack of used condoms :)The government is trying to stop this because they are afraid it will increase the risk for various disease and virus.
